Aims and objectives

In today’s highly competitive and globalized world, organizations can only survive and prosper if they are able to deliver products and services that satisfy their customers and stakeholders while meeting the needs of society as a whole and preserving the environment.

This program is designed to train present and future managers in industry and service to understand and master organizational processes and to improve organizational performance through the use of quality, control and evaluation principles and tools to ensure their organization’s long term success and their own success.

Duration

Program has duration of 22 months. Classes will take place on the main campus of HCMC Open University, 97 Vo Van Tan, Ho Chi Minh city.

Qualification

Degrees will be conferred by ULB

Admission requirements:

  • Recognized University Bachelor Degree
  • At least 2 years professional experience (any fields)
  • Proficiency in English (TOEFL 550 or C level)
  • Successful appreciation of an application file
  • Passing the entrance interview

12 courses covering all the aspects of quality and performance management (324 contact hours) and a final project:

  7. Service Quality and Performance
  8. Human Resource Management, Quality and Performance
  9. Design Quality
  10. Environmental Management
  11. Sustainable Development
  12. Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
  13. Final Project with Individual Guidance and Coaching

Course Organization

Courses are recognized in evenings and weekends, from 6pm to 9pm. Classes will take place on the main campus of HCMC Open University, 97 Vo Van Tan, HCMC.
