Aims and Objectives
Human Resource Management has expanded as an area of business practice as the links between it, business strategy and profitability have been recognized. Knowledge of Human Resource Management can help individuals and business organization utilize their people resource to the best advantage.
This course seeks to provide on going development for Human Resource practitioners in the areas of organization behavior, business strategy, and entrepreneurial thinking. Given the current context in which business enterprises operate, all need strategically astute Human Resource practitioners who can demonstrate business acumen and deliver outcomes.
Duration:
The duration of the program is 24 months
Qualification:
Master of commerce (HRM) will be signed by Swinburne University of Technology
Admission Requirements

- After finishing the course, students are required to have IELTS 6.5

Course Organization
