Function:

Consulting the Rector about arranging, managing and developing academic programs (full-time university and collegial levels).

Mission:

1. Implement and organize the training & education regulations for university and collegial levels according to the applicable regulations

2. Consulting the board of rectors about building and developing academic programs to social demands and the training & education initiatives of the university.

3. Performing admissions procedures.

4. Managing curricula for full-time programs at university and collegial levels.

5. Creating study plan, arranging study and exam schedules for university and collegial levels.

6. Coordinating with involved departments and offices to check and evaluate the lecture quality and visiting lecturers’ qualification.

7. Managing database, documents of students, certificates verification; issuing certificates, degrees, transcripts, student IDs, certified copies for students at full-time university and collegial levels.

8. Coordinating with involved departments and offices to develop and organize domestic and foreign cooperated programs for full-time university and collegial levels.
