Office of Administration

Function:

Consulting the Rector about administration, security, management of cars, lands, buildings, machinery and facilities in the university.

Mission:

1. Conducting the plans and reports of the university.

2. Managing the security, fire fighting, facilities, classroom maintenance, annual inventory and self-defense team of the university.

3. Filing documents (including the operation of EGOV, the electronic administrating system software) and managing the seal in compliance with the applicable law.

4. Performing reception formalities in the university.
