Consulting the Rector about the optimal organization structure, human resources management, incentive schemes and policies applicable to the staffs & lecturers.

Mission:

1. Proposing the optimal organization structure of the university including the description of functions, missions as well as establishing and merging departments and offices.

2. Managing staffs and lecturers, including visiting lecturers.
