Mô tả công việc:
The ideal candidate will be highly-motivated and a detailed-obsessed self-starter. As a Junior Buyer cum Buying Assistant, you will be tasked with all aspects of buying job under supervision of respective buyer including but not limited to sales execution, contract negotiations, quality control, product orders, and sales analysis.
Help the Buyer establish and maintain vendor relationships via outreach, pitching, and attending meetings. Help buyers with product assortment, timelines, and managing business terms with vendors.
-To support Senior Buyers in communicating and managing all buying related administrative tasks.
-To support Senior Buyers with buying planning, marketing, and finance teams on execution of daily interactions based on marketing inputs, historic sales data, and new business insights.
-To work with Buying Operations, Buy Planning, and Operations teams to manage inventory levels and replenishments.
Yêu cầu:
Effective communication in both English and Vietnamese
Demonstrate knowledge of the basic buying acumen and knowledge of product trends.
Passion for working with business partners to identify opportunities and deliver results.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative, startup environment.
Must be highly self-directed, results-oriented, and able to work at both strategic and tactical levels.
