The intern will support Head of Investment in investment research work at Endurance Fund. Internship


candidates should be a Junior or Senior student progressing toward a Bachelor's degree in Finance or


Economics, or a student pursuing a related Master's degree, and have the availability to work full time (40 hours


per week) for the first 3-4 months and/or approximately 15-20 hours per week afterward.


Responsibilities


 Assist with the research on market, industry, and companies


 Gather various quantitative data, survey requests, and other assignments as directed by the Head of


Investment


 Review and summarize prospective investment manager materials


 Participate in meetings and conference calls with external investment managers/funds


 Perform other duties and tasks as assigned


Requirements


 Strong work ethic, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage simultaneous projects


 Uncompromising integrity and attention to detail and accuracy


 Intermediate to advanced computer skills with experience using word processing, spreadsheet,


database, and presentation


 Strong verbal and written communication skills


 Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver quality work on schedule


Other criteria


 Good academic record with strong corporate finance background, along with a passion for independent


research, capital markets, and investments


 Strong MS office skills especially MS Excel


 Good communication English, proactive and market-oriented, capable to work under pressure
