Summary
In the development trend of the global economy, Vietnamese tourism industry has long asserted its position with international friends. To prepare a stable legal framework and in accordance with the process of accession to the WTO. In 2005, Vietnam has officially promulgated the Tourism Law to prepare a stable legal framework and in accordance with the WTO accession process. This led to the formation of many other legal documents , create tourism legal system of Vietnam. Based on the summary of the commitment of Vietnam tourism in the WTO, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Vietnamese legal system in current, the article gave some suggestions to improve the Vietnamese tourism law system before the requirements of global tourism: Amend the Tourism Law of Vietnam in accordingly the international commitments; Reviewing and strengthening the system of legal documents of tourism; Reorganize the application of the law in the direction of consistency , improving legislation ...
